 WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR NEW HOLIDAYS TO BE ANNOUNCED?

Over the past few years the travel industry has changed dramatically and it is no longer a simple phone call to a Tour Operator to secure a holiday, especially now as there are only two major UK Tour Operators. 

Once we find a hotel that is suitable we then have to establish if they will deal with a Tour Operator or if they would prefer to deal direct with ourselves.  If a hotel only wants to deal with us we then have to book low cost flights (which usually means no in-flight meals and a lesser luggage allowance) and resort transfers.  This also means that there is no local representative.

It take a long time to prepare dance holidays as we have to source hotels and resorts that will be suitable.  We then have to make sure that the ballroom/conference room is available for the time that we need it for and we also have to see if the dining room can serve dinner at 6.30pm (this is not always possible).
