The callers on this holiday will be presenting a wide range of dances from 1651 to the present day in a variety of stules representing their different interests. On twelve evenings there will be a dance. These will have various themes. There will be the usual Come-all-ye and a Ceilidh. This year the Song and Dance evening will also be a 'Head Dress Ball'. Dancers are asked to devise and wear a head dress to represent the them 'Place in England'. There will be workshops on most days for dancers and a couple for singers. There will be practice sessions for musicians who bring an instrument and wish to play in the for the Musicians' Dance.
As usual there will be time to explort the Western Algarve. An optional two-day excursion to the Eastern Algarve is being planned. There are plenty of opportunities for walking when boots or stout shoes would be required.
Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment as places from som airports will not be available later in the year at the current price.
